• BeSafe Rate Plus - the rate with insurance included: guarantees cancellation for any documentable cause and offers a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount compliant with the regulations of the insurance policy applied at the time of booking.

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 40% of the total amount (excluding taxes) is required.
This can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

The booking is only considered valid once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by our reservations office.

Yes, you can request a specific pitch or accommodation, subject to availability at the time of booking.

There is an additional charge for this option:

• €50 to reserve a specific pitch number
• €60 for a specific accommodation unit

In our campsite, we do not have a fixed price list. The costs of pitches and accommodations vary based on demand, season, and type of accommodation. This system, called dynamic pricing, allows us to offer competitive, personalized rates suitable for every budget.

How can you find the best price?

Book in advance, especially during high season: the earlier you book, the more likely you are to find affordable prices. Be flexible: if possible, choose less crowded periods or different types of pitches and/or accommodations.

No minimum stay is required for pitches.
For all facilities, however, the minimum stay varies from 7 to 3 nights, depending on high, medium and low season.

We offer a range of pitch types to suit every need. Here are our categories:

• Pitch A (6 amps) – A standard pitch, ideal for families and friends, close to the swimming pools and play areas.
• Pitch L (10 amps) – A larger pitch, surrounded by greenery and tranquillity.
• Pitch XL (10 Amps) – Extra-large pitch, very spacious, perfect if you’re looking for greater comfort and peace and quiet.
• BLUE Pitch (first or second row, 6 Amps) – Pitch in a prime location near the lake, in the first or second row.

Yes, you can barbecue at Camping & Village Europa Silvella, using either gas or charcoal barbecues, provided that all safety measures are observed. However, open fires are not permitted.

There are no communal barbecue areas: you can bring your own barbecue or purchase one from our mini-market. The campsite does not offer a barbecue hire service.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation, but are available on request at reception for a fee.

Double bed linen: €12.50
Single bed linen: €10
Towels: €10 per set

Prices are for the entire stay; if you require a change of sheets or towels during your stay, the relevant costs will be charged
Blankets and pillows are, however, already provided in all accommodation.

For any requirements, please contact reception directly upon your arrival.

Here are the prices for bed linen:

• Double bed sheets: €12.50 (for the entire stay)
• Single bed sheets: €10.00 (for the entire stay)
• Towels: €10.00 per person (per stay; towels may only be used in the bathroom, not at the pool or on the beach)
  
  If you wish to add these services to your booking, you can request them directly at reception.

We don’t have any specific cleaning fees. However, we do request that our clients leave the property in the same order in which it was found. For those who decide not clean in any way, we will retain: €50 per mobile home.

Please note that for those staying with a dog, the €50 cleaning fee is compulsory

The reception opening hours at Europa Silvella are as follows:

High season: 8.00 am to 10.00 pm
Low season: 8.00 am to 8.00 pm
Security guards are on duty throughout the season. If you arrive late or have an emergency, you can still receive assistance.

Check-in and check-out times are as follows:

Check-in:
Accommodation: from 3.00 pm
Pitches: from 2.30 pm

Check-out:
Accommodation: by 9.30 am
Pitches: by 10.00 am

Early check-out is available on request.
Late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and a possible surcharge.

Yes, although the reception is closed there is always a night watchman available to lead you to your accommodation. We request you always advise the reception in case of any delay.

Italy, unlike Spain, does not have a “siesta” culture. However, between 1pm and 3pm entertainment and music activities are suspended so as to allow for a more peaceful few hours for our guests.

Yes, you can enter and leave the campsite at night, but between 11.00 pm and 6.00 am, access is permitted on foot only. During these hours, to ensure everyone gets a good night’s sleep, vehicles are not allowed to drive around the campsite.

Reception is open every day at the following times:

4.00 pm to 7.00 pm

Please note that the balance for your stay must be paid by the day after your arrival

The balance for your stay must be paid by the day after your arrival, together with the tourist tax (€1.20 per night per person aged 14 and over).

You can pay at the campsite reception during opening hours (8.00–12.00 and 16.00–19.00)

Yes, payments made via Bancomat are accepted, as well as through credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

No, unfortunately we do not accept payment by cheque.

The campsite agrees to perceive the tourist tax, payable by all customers, on behalf of the municipality of San Felice del Benaco. Each customer will therefore be required to pay this tax on their day of arrival, the next day at the latest. The tax is € 1,20 per night. They are not applicable to disabled people and children under 14 years of age.

No, minors are not permitted to stay unless accompanied by at least one adult. Minors must remain under the supervision of an adult at all times whilst staying at the campsite.

You can empty the chemical toilet in the designated area within each of the health facilities or in plots equipped with drainage ("A", "XL", "BLUE", "L").

The campsite offers restaurant/pizzeria, bar, market, private beach and 2 piers, entertainment, sports facilities (football, beach volleyball, tennis, table tennis, gym), guided bike tours, bike rental, ticket office for events such as guided tours, boat/ferry rides, amusement parks and so much more.

You can buy tickets for most local attractions at our reception.

Yes, you can rent bikes, just asking at the reception.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available for free and covers about 80% of the campsite area. All of our buildings also have direct access to Wi-Fi.

Yes, the Europa Silvella campsite has separate receptacles for paper, plastic, glass and wet waste. 

Yes, in 3 of the 4 sanitary facilities there is an area with washing machine. The dryer is present in the bathrooms at the lake and in the bathrooms next to the pool. The cost for their use is €6 in one euro coins for the washing machine and 10 min, 1€. 

The gym is open every day from 8am to 11pm.

Anybody over the age of 16 can access the gym, and adult supervision is required for minors.

Yes, the use of the gym is completely free. Just ask at the Reception your card.

In Italy the number to call for emergencies is 112

On the Campsite, there's an ATM, just near the gym. 

Of course, it is possible to stay with people with disabilities. However, due to the shape of the campsite (which is on a hill, with some very steep streets), there may be difficulties for people with walking difficulties. These difficulties may also be encountered in our accommodations, as the spaces are very limited.

If you have any questions, you can always contact us at info@europasilvella to find the most suitable solution. 

Don't worry if you arrive before your pitch or accommodation is ready, you can still enjoy the campsite and all its facilities. We recommend that you bring a bag with swimming costumes and beach or swimming pool items so that you can relax immediately and enjoy your stay.

Yes, Camping Europa Silvella offers four electric car charging stations with Type 2 connectors, available for campsite guests.
The charging stations are located approximately 100 metres from the campsite, near the Glamour Tents and Luxury Lodges area.
Charging is fully automated via the Next Charge app, which can be downloaded by scanning the QR code displayed directly on the charging stations.

No, from 2017 it’s not obligatory.

The opening hours of the pool vary seasonally: during low season (mid-May) the pool is open from 10am to 6pm; during mid-season (end of May, June and September) from 9:30am to 6:30pm; during high season (Whitsun, July, August) from 9am to 7pm. During the entertainment period there will also be a night-time pool party, during which the pool will remain open. However, management reserve the right to alter the times depending on weather, attendance and other factors.

Our 3 swimming pools are not heated.

Yes, there is always at least one lifeguard present within the perimeter of the pools.

The minimum temperature is 18°C.

There are various entertainment activities: mini club for children, splash dance, yoga, Zumba classes, football and beach volleyball tournaments (even at night), karaoke, theme parties, musical evenings, shows, pool parties, cabaret, walking tour on the Manerba rock, quiz show, aperitif, games and many other activities!

Animation is organised all season long. 

Yes, the entertainment activities are free.

Animation is provided every day, with the exception of one midweek day.

Europa Silvella relies on an international team made up of 4 to 8 people from all the main European countries, all of whom have knowledge of at least two languages in addition to their mother tongue.

Children can join the Mini Club from the age of 4, without the need for parental supervision.

There is a shop near the restaurant, the market is open daily from 07.30 to 19.30

The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00. The closing time may vary depending on demand but it’s generally always open until at least 10pm. Management reserves the right to change the opening hours at any time.

The restaurant is open at midday.

You can have lunch at our restaurant or pool bar. 

Yes, you can order a pizza and/or takeaway food.

There are many restaurants nearby to suit all tastes: the classic Italian pizzeria, restaurants with local food or typical menus particular of certain areas of Italy, and some more commercial restaurants like McDonald's or Burger King.

The campsite is located directly on the shores of Lake Garda.
There are two direct exits to the public beach: one is to the beach 'La Romantica' in Manerba del Garda, the other exit is to the beach in San Felice del Benaco, called 'La Gardiola'. Not far from Gardiola is the town's port. 
In addition, you will find 3 piers owned by the campsite: one in front of the restaurant and the other two located on the beach of "La Romantica". 

Of course! We recommend a walk along the lakeside promenade, where you will find a path about 2 km long that is also suitable for those with baby buggies. On the way you can admire the beautiful beaches of Manerba and arrive at Porto Torchio, where you can relax at the bar. In the areathe children cak have fun in the playground.
Bicycles are prohibited on this stretch of lakefront

Yes, dogs are allowed in the campsite only if they have a HEALTH CARD certifying they have received all necessary vaccinations. However, they can only stay within certain buildings: Maxicaravan Coco Sweet, Coco Blu, Standard Plus, Superior, Lakeside, Superior Garden, Apartment and in all the camping spots. 

Yes, you can bring dogs to the beach at Camping Europa Silvella! Dogs are allowed on our beach, provided they are kept on a leash at all times. They can swim in the lake from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Outside these hours, swimming is not permitted.

In addition, about 600-700 metres from the campsite, in the direction of Manerba del Garda, is Fido Beach, a beach dedicated to dogs where they can swim 24 hours a day.
