Minimum stays are not required for pitches. For all the facilities are required minimum stays of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday, in high season (from 08/06) and 3 nights in low season.

Yes, although the reception is closed there is always a night watchman available to lead you to your accommodation. We request you always advise the reception in case of any delay.

Italy, unlike Spain, does not have a “siesta” culture. However, between 1pm and 3pm entertainment and music activities are suspended so as to allow for a more peaceful few hours for our guests.

Yes, it is possible. However, in order to ensure better rest for our guests, access is permitted only on foot from 12am to 6am.

The cash desk is open every day from 8am to 12pm and from 5pm to 9pm, except for Saturday afternoon.

Payment is required at the cash desk within one day of your arrival.

Yes, payments made via Bancomat are accepted, as well as through credit card (Visa or Mastercard), with minimum payment of €20. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

No, unfortunately we do not accept payment by cheque.

The campsite agrees to perceive the tourist tax, payable by all customers, on behalf of the municipality of San Felice del Benaco. Each customer will therefore be required to pay this tax on their day of arrival, the next day at the latest. The tax is €0,75 per night and is only required for the dates between 1st June and 30th September. They are not applicable to disabled people and children under 14 years of age.

No, all children must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Yes, you can have a barbecue. With 50 euro deposit, it is possible to rent it on request. 


Bed linen and towels are available on request at the reception.

Bed linen costs €9.50 for double and €8.00 for single. The amounts are for the entire stay.

We don’t have any specific cleaning fees. However, we do request that our clients leave the property in the same order in which it was found. For those who decide not clean in any way, we will retain: €50 per bungalow/chalet, €75 for mobile homes and €100 per apartment.

Toilet facilities

You can empty the chemical toilet in the designated area within each of the health facilities, or in plots equipped with drainage ("A", "XL", "BLUE").


The campsite offers catering services, bar, market, private beach, entertainment, sports facilities (football, beach volleyball, tennis, table tennis, bowling, gym), guided bike tours, ticket office for events such as guided tours, boat/ferry rides, amusement parks and so much more.

Yes, you can rent bikes. The price for one day is €19, 3 days for €38 and 5 days for €57. Europa Silvella also offers daily guided bicycle tours totally free of charge for customers (excluding bikes).

Yes, WiFi is available and covers about 80% of the campsite area. All of our buildings also have direct access to WiFi. The cost of the WiFi is €2 for 1 hour, €5 for 10 hours or €10 for 100 hours.

Unfortunately the WiFi bandwidth in the municipality of San Felice and in the general area of Lake Garda is still limited compared to other European countries. In order to allow everyone to navigate at a minimum speed, the camp is forced to charge a minimum price for the use of WiFi.

Yes, the Europa Silvella campsite has separate receptacles for paper, plastic, glass and wet waste. 

Yes, in each of the campsite’s four sanitary facilities there is an area with washing machine. The dryer is present in the bathrooms at the lake and in the bathrooms next to the pool. The cost for their use is €5 in one euro coins for the washing machine and €3 for the dryer.

The gym is open every day from 8am to 11pm.

Anybody over the age of 16 can access the gym, and adult supervision is required for minors.

Yes, use of the gym is completely free.

For reasons relating to Italian bureaucracy we cannot keep an ATM at the campsite. However, there is an ATM about 3 minutes’ drive from the campsite.


No, from 2017 it’s not obligatory.

The opening hours of the pool vary seasonally: during low season (from April until mid-May) the pool is open from 10am to 6pm; during mid-season (mid-May, June and September) from 9:30am to 6:30pm; during high season (Whitsun, July, August) from 9am to 7pm. During the entertainment period there will also be a night-time pool party, during which the pool will remain open. However, management reserve the right to alter the times depending on weather, attendance and other factors.

There is a shop near the restaurant which is open every day during high season from 7:30am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm. During low season times may vary depending on demand.

During high season the restaurant is open from 6pm and during low season from 6:30pm. The closing time may vary depending on demand but it’s generally always open until at least 11pm. Management reserves the right to change the opening hours at any time.

No, the restaurant is not open at midday. However, Europa Silvella offers midday food service at our poolside bar.

There are many restaurants nearby to suit all tastes: the classic Italian pizzeria, restaurants with local food or typical menus particular of certain areas of Italy, and some more commercial restaurants like McDonald's or Burger King.


Yes, Europa Silvella is situated on the bank of the lake. There are 3 beaches: a small private area with private dock just below the restaurant area; a several km beach called "la Romantica" that starts from the exit of the building towards Manerba and continues for about 2 km; one towards San Felice del Benaco, which starts from our hotel (accessible through our gate with the card provided to each customer in reception) and continues for several kilometres into the town of San Felice

Yes, you can rent and use jet skis on Lake Garda, provided you have a valid license and respect the rules and local regulations.
