Booking Conditions Camping
CANCELLATION POLICIES 2026
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded if the cancellation is communicated:
- at least 45 days before the arrival date → Flexible Rate
- at least 10 days before the arrival date → Extra Flexible Rate
In the event of early departure after check-in, no refund will be provided.
BeSafe Rate Plus — Rate with included insurance
Choose peace of mind: the BeSafe Rate Plus guarantees cancellation for any documentable reason and a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount, in accordance with the Insurance Policy applicable at the time of booking.
You can also separately purchase the BeSafe Travel Insurance to protect yourself from any unexpected event — before, during and after your stay, until you return home.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
To confirm your booking, a deposit is required:
- 40% of the total stay amount (tourist tax excluded) for the Flexible and Extra Flexible Rate
- 100% of the total stay amount (tourist tax excluded) for the BeSafe Rate
Payment must be made within 7 days of booking, using one of the following methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card
- Instalment payment with HeyLight
After this deadline, the accommodation or pitch will be considered available again.
INSTALMENT PAYMENT WITH HEYLIGHT
Planning your holiday has never been easier. With HeyLight, you can pay for your stay in convenient instalments:
- Village and Glamping — select the "Pay in instalments" option directly during the online booking payment.
- Camping — contact our Reservations Office: we will send you a dedicated link to complete the instalment payment.
CAMPING EQUIPMENT DIMENSIONS
To ensure the best possible solution for your stay, it is mandatory to inform our Booking Office of your camping equipment dimensions at the time of booking.
The reservations office accepts no responsibility in the event that this information is not provided.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure
A paid late check-out may be requested, subject to availability.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance must be paid by the day after arrival, together with the tourist tax (€ 1.20 per person per night, from 14 years of age).

Prices for pitches and accommodations vary based on demand, period and type of accommodation. This system — known as dynamic pricing — allows us to offer competitive rates suited to every budget.
How to find the best price?
- Book in advance, especially during peak season: the earlier you book, the more likely you are to find the most convenient rate.
- Be flexible: consider less busy periods or different types of pitches and accommodations.
