CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded if the cancellation is communicated:

• At least 45 days before the arrival date in high season or 30 days in low season, if booking the flexible rate
• At least 10 days before the arrival date in high season or 7 days in low season, if booking the extra flexible rate. Details can be found on our booking portal and in the offers sent by the Reservations Office

In case of early departure from an already started stay, there will be no refund.

BeSafe Rate Plus - rate with insurance included: guarantees cancellation for any documented reason and offers a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the Insurance Policy regulations applied at the time of booking.

Please note that you have the option to purchase BeSafe Insurance to protect yourself from all unforeseen events - before, during and after your stay, until you return home. You can find all the information by clicking here.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Booking confirmation and payment methods

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 40% of the total stay (excluding tourist tax) is required for the Flexible and Extra Flexible rates, or 100% of the total amount (excluding tourist tax) for the BeSafe rate. Payment must be completed within 7 days using one of the following methods:

• Bank transfer
• Credit card
• Instalment payment with HeyLight

After this deadline, the accommodation/pitch will be considered available again.

Instalment payment with HeyLight

To make planning your holiday even easier, we also offer the option to pay for your stay in instalments with HeyLight:

• Village and Glamping — simply select the "Pay in instalments" option during the payment step in the online booking system.
• Camping — contact our Reservations Office: we will send you a dedicated link to complete your instalment payment with HeyLight.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and Check-out must be completed by 9:30 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out can be requested for a fee, subject to availability.

EXTRA SERVICES

Extras such as bed linen and towels can be requested at the time of booking, for a fee (see Price List).

BALANCE PAYMENT

The balance of the stay must be paid by the day following arrival, together with payment of the tourist tax (€1.20 per person per night, from 14 years old).

DYNAMIC PRICING

At our campsite, prices for pitches and accommodations vary based on demand, period and type of accommodation. This system, called dynamic pricing, allows us to offer competitive rates suitable for every budget.

How can you find the best price? Book in advance, especially in high season: the earlier you book, the more likely you are to find affordable prices. Be flexible: if possible, choose less crowded periods or different types of pitches/accommodations.
