Art. 2

The reservation must be considered valid only when you receive the confirmation of the payment of the deposit by our booking office.


Art. 3

It is asked 40% of the total price of the stay as deposit, tourist tax not included.
You can pay via bank transfer (within 3 days) or through credit card(within 30 minutes). After this period, your reservation will be automatically deleted. 


Art. 4

Cancellation policies change, depending on the rate chosen at the time of booking. We invite our guests to check all proposed conditions before finally confirming their booking. Guests who interrupt a stay that has already begun will not be refunded.

We would like to remind you that you have the possibility to take out the BeSafe Travel Insurance, to protect you against all unforeseen events - before, during, and after your stay, until your return home. You can find all the information here.

You can take out BeSafe Travel Insurance at the time of booking. If you have already booked and would like to insure your trip, simply email us at info@europasilvella.it


Art. 5

The booked accommodation/camping spot is held for the guest until 11 p.m. on arrival day. Above this time, it is necessary to inform the reception. 


Art. 6

Check-in is from 3pm for camping spots and from 5pm for accommodations. The departure by 9am for mobile homes / apartments / glamping tents and by 10am for pitches. 

For the accommodations, at the moment of the registration, it is ask to leave a deposit of € 100 (cash or credit card).


Art. 7

The reservation guarantees only the type of accommodation / pitch and the period of the stay, not the number.

It is possible to book a specific number (if still available). For the choice, an extra € 50 for pitches or € 60 for accommodation will be charged.


Art. 8

It is compulsory, for each reservation, to inform our Booking Office about the size of your camping equipment, in order to guarantee you the best solution.

The Booking Office declines all responsibility if this information is not provided.


Art. 9

The payment of the balance must be done the day after the arrival, together with
tourist tax.


The campsite rules are an integral part of these “Reservation Rules”.

Art. 1 – IDENTIFICATION

As soon as the guests arrive at the campsite, they will be required to show an identity card (or passport or driving licence) for each person of the group – according to the Italian law, the campsite must register all persons.
At the moment of the registration a bracelet will be given, which must be worn during the stay at the campsite, and also a little badge, which must be hanged from the mirror of the car.


Art. 2 – HOURS OF SILENCE

We remind you that the silence for rest starts at 23:00, until 07:00 in the morning. During these hours, the entrance to the campsite will be closed and it will be forbidden to go out/enter with motor vehicles. It is also forbidden to use such vehicles during these hours, throughout the campsite.
Noises that may disturb the peace and quiet of other guests are strictly forbidden.
During these hours, it is forbidden to use washing machines, dryers, radio-TV equipment or musical instruments.
The campsite management reserves the right to exclude guests who may disturb the peace and quiet of others.


Art. 3 – DAILY QUIET 

All noises that may disturb the quiet of other guests (e.g. loud music) are strictly forbidden.
The Management reserves the right to exclude all guests who do not respect this rule.


Art. 4 – PARTIES AND GROUPS 

Groups of people, bachelor/bachelorette parties or other types of events, which may disturb other guests, will not be accepted.
In case of direct reservations/requests from the website by such groups, the management of Camping Europa Silvella reserves the right to cancel the reservation at the time of check-in.


Art. 5 - CARS

Cars must respect the speed limit of 5km/h on the campsite. In addition, they must always be parked on the pitch in use by the guest or in specially marked parking spaces near the mobile home.
The use of motor vehicles is strictly forbidden during night hours (23:00 - 07:00).
For non-essential movements within the campsite, our guests are requested not to use motor vehicles - in fact, every area is easily reachable on foot/bike.
In essential cases, it is required to use motor vehicles inside the campsite, with a speed of 5 Km/h, to safeguard the safety of guests and staff.


Art. 6 – SWIMMING POOLS

The use of the pools is reserved for the guests of the campsite. Guests are required to respect all the regulations, which are exposed at the entrance of the pool area.


Art. 7 - VISITORS

Visitors are admitted only after registration and identification through ID, passport or driving licence, at the Reception of the campsite. Visits are free of charge within one hour, after which the price list will be applied. Visitors are allowed to enter only if visiting departing guests or family members staying inside the campsite.


Art. 8 – DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS

Dog owners are required to sign and respect the rules and regulations that can be found in the section "dog regulations". Other types of animals are not allowed. Also remember that no animal can be accepted in the absence of the mandatory health documentation (EU pet passport). 


Art. 9 – MINORS

Each adult is responsible for the behaviour of the minors they accompany. Minors must be supervised by an adult in the pool area as well as on the lake, in the toilets and in the use of leisure activities.
Any damage caused by minors will be at the expense of the adult, who accompanies the minor.


Art. 10 - RULES OF BEHAVIOUR

Each person is required to behave in a civil and respectful manner inside the campsite and in the equipped areas, as well as to observe order and hygiene.
Structures, facilities, furnitures, trees and plants must also be respected. Toilets must be left in the condition in which they would like to be found.


Art. 11 - SEPARATE COLLECTION

It is mandatory to differentiate the garbage according to the standards exposed in each ecological island.


Art. 12 - INFECTIOUS DISEASES

Each guest affected by infectious deseases is required to report the fact at the Management of the campsite. The management reserves the right to expel guests who will be considered harmful to the health of others.


Art. 13 - DAMAGES CAUSED BY FORCE MAJEURE

The management does not assume any responsability for damages caused by bad weather or force majeure. Furthermore, the management is not liable for accidents or injuries caused by other campers or for lost or stolen property.


Art. 14 - FREE FIRES AND BBQ

It is absolutely forbidden to light free fires. The use of bbq - gas or charcoal - is permitted subject to compliance with all precautions for public safety.


Art. 15 - GENERAL PROHIBITIONS

It is strictly forbidden damage electrical systems, introduce firearms of any kind or other objects considered offensive and dangerous into the campsite.


Art. 16 - RECORDING

The registration by law at the structure implies the full acceptance of this regulation, of the privacy policy and of the regulation for the use of video-control systems. All regulations are displayed in the appropriate spaces and can be requested at any time at our reception.


Art. 17 - NON-OBSERVANCE OF THE REGULATION

Non-observance of the above rules will cause the expulsion from the campsite.


 

We want to ensure the safety and health of all our guests. We ask you to respect these rules:

ACCESS AND CLOSURE OF SWIMMING POOLS

  • You can access the pools with the identification bracelet only during the hours exposed and in the presence of the bathing attendant
  • By law, the water temperature must be between 18 and 30 °C.
  • The management will close the pools in case of bad weather or health and safety risks.

CHILDREN

  • Do you have children up to the age of 12 with you? Always look after them, you are responsible for them!
  • Young children must wear a special protective suit.

SAFETY

It’s strictly forbidden:

  • dive, run and push other people to the edge of the pool;
  • bring glass bottles and glasses near the pools;
  • enter the pool area with bicycles, skates, scooters, roller skates or similar.

Balloons and inflatable toys are allowed only with the permission of the lifeguard.


HYGIENE, DECOR and RECIPROCAL RESPECT IN THE SWIMMING AREA

  • Use clogs or flip-flops, don’t be barefoot;
  • It is compulsory to take a shower before entering the bathtub.
  • Dogs cannot stay in the pool area, but they can access the bar from the walkway next to the tennis court.
  • Do not eat or drink in the pool.
  • Do not enter the water in case of wounds, patches or infectious diseases.
  • Entering the water wearing ordinary clothes is prohibited.
  • If you move away from the pool area leave free sunbeds for the other guests!

Art. 1 – CHECK IN

All the dogs must be declared at the moment of the reservation and pointed out during the check-in.  Dogs are allowed only if accompanied by the mandatory health card that certifies anti-rabies, chip or tattoo. They must be equipped with the European Passport, which fulfils the requirements of EU Regulation 576/2013 and EU Regulation 06/2013.


Art. 2 – ACCOMODATION

Dogs are allowed to stay on every pitch and inside some specific accommodations (Standard+, Comfort, Comfort Plus, Comfort XL, Lakeside, Apartments, Coco Sweet, Coco Blu, Rocca 1-6). A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the accommodation and 3 dogs on the pitches. 

In accommodation, if you are staying with a dog, final cleaning is compulsory and costs € 50.


Art. 3 – SAFETY AND RULES OF ITALIAN LAW

Dogs can be left free in their specific area. In any other area of the campsite, they must be kept on a leash with a maximum length of 1.5 m, as required by Italian law.
Dogs must be fitted with a hard or soft muzzle (to be used as required or at the request of the management) and have been treated for fleas and ticks.


Art. 4 – ACCESS

Dogs are allowed to enter in all the shared areas of the campsite, with the exception of the swimming pools and toilets. It’s possible to wash the dog in the designed area, inside the toilets near the football pitch.


Art. 5 – DOGS AREA

Dogs must be accompanied in the designed area for their wastes. Each owner is obliged to remove the wastes immediately, using the special bags. Around the Campsite you can easily find dispensers of  biodegradable bags for dogs’ wastes.


Art. 6 – RULES OF COHABITATION IN THE CAMPSITE

Dogs must not disturb the other guests, nor invade their pitches or accommodations.
Noisy dogs, which growl, bark or might be considered dangerous by the management, will not be allowed to stay in the campsite.

It is strictly forbidden to leave pets unattended on the campsite. The management reserves the right to contact the competent authorities in the event of abandonment/abuse and reserves the right to exclude the family from the campsite. 


Art. 7 – HYGIENE

The owners must ensure the utmost respect for health and hygiene rules (such as waste collection, use of pesticides during the summer season, etc.) during the stay of the animal in the Campsite.


Art. 8 – RESPONSABILITIES

Any damage caused by the animal inside the structures or in the common areas, will be at the expense of the owner.

Art. 9 – ACCESS TO THE WATER

Dogs are allowed to bathe in the lake in the time between 19:00 pm to 7:00 am. During the remaining hours, dogs are not allowed in the water.


The management reserves the right to immediately remove guests of the campsite who violate these rules. In addition, any conduct of maltreatment against dogs will be reported to the competent authorities.
